With its rich dark colours, ubiquitous flickering candles, soothing sounds and intimate booth style seating the Malmaison Brasserie exudes warmth. There's also fantastic intimate, private dining rooms available, which are perfect for business or leisure when that extra special feeling is needed.
Head Chef Kevin Whiteford has devised a menu that has been inspired by the hard work of local
producers, who share his passion for great local and seasonal ingredients. These have been grown, harvested and reared to the finest ethical and traditional farming method, Care and attention which can only enhance the flavour and texture of each dish.
