| Welcome to The Splendid Sausage Company. A perfect hybrid of the very best of British sausages and American hot dog culture. |
| Award winning sausages are sourced from the very best local butchers, with a range that includes a Supreme National Champion, a National Champion and two Gold Medal winning sausages.

| Take one of the eight inch plus sausages on a soft buttered brioche bun and either add your own toppings or choose from the house favourite “combos”; why not try a chilli dog topped with slow cooked house pulled beef chilli, three cheese mix, fried onions and jalapeños. How about the JYD - the house favourite sausage piled high with chicken bites, chilli, bacon, fried onions, sauerkraut and three cheese mix, just add one of the tasty house made sauces to top it off. Or if you’re feeling adventurous go The King, a tribute to Elvis, a beef sausage topped with peanut butter mustard, bacon, crispy bacon bits, battered banana and peanut butter powder. They even have a Sunday Lunch special dog you’ll have to see to believe.

| Sides include five types of fries including Eggs Benedict Fries (a dirty, massively addictive, little secret that’s very quickly getting out there) and the ever popular chicken bites.
