Vegan Dining from £6
Harvey Nichols Manchester launches its first vegan menu, created using seasonal plant-based ingredients, giving everyone a reason to try vegan this January.
The delicious menu, with dishes ranging from £6 - £12 offers customers three tasty courses, a selection of vegan wines by the bottle and a speciality vegan cider.
At the Second Floor Bar and Brasserie, guests can choose from dishes including a curried parsnip soup with pickled apples, sultanas and coriander, followed by pumpkin hummus, marinated vegetables, olives, pickles and a warm chickpea salad.
For something sweet, enjoy refreshing pineapple raviolis, with sweet chili syrup and mango sorbet or an indulgent chocolate sponge with maple-roasted banana ice cream and toasted pecan nuts.
To top it all off, Harvey Nichols offers a range of vegan wines that all pair beautifully with the new menu.

Make the most of your Saturday afternoon discovering the very finest creative concoctions with tastings, demonstrations, and the chance to recreate your favourites.
The class starts with a welcome cocktail on arrival, followed by a spirit tasting and detailed exploration of the best base components for a cocktail. Then, learn how to make and shake three signature cocktails (with tastings, of course) before trying your hand at mixing up your own.
Each month is different, focused around a specific theme and ingredient, so you can visit more than once. In fact, you can visit every single month of the year should you so wish.
