Australasia, located in Spinningfields Square, Deansgate, is the new exciting venture from Tim Bacon, Chief Executive of the Living Ventures Group who are also behind Grill on the Alley, Gusto, and The Alchemist to name but a few. |
| The Pacific Rim pan-Asian themed restaurant is set to open on 28th May with the kitchen headed by
former Young Australian Chef of the Year, Paul Greening. |
| The laid-back menu will be influenced by Australian, European, Indonesian and South-east Asian cuisine. |
A late-night licence until 3am on Fridays and Saturdays, and a signature cocktail list and guest DJs adds to the Aussie ambience. |
