Cibo (pronounced "chee-bo") is the stylish Italian restaurant on Liverpool Road in Castlefield, bringing super-fresh fish and Neapolitan cuisine to Manchester city centre.
Following a full refurbishment to both restaurant and kitchen, Cibo (an informal italian word meaning ‘food’) offers luxe looks in the shadow of the Beetham Tower, and just across the road from the Museum of Science & Industry.
The menu focuses on fabulous flavours, traditional Neapolitan cooking and the freshest local, and Italian produce on offer.
