held by one of Thailand’s leading chefs. Indeed the ritual
that begins in the kitchen shines forth in the menu. Designed to
entertain over 200 guests Ikan is located in the city centre. It’s
a fabulous space designed by the founder Catherine Lim and synthesizes
Thailand’s metamorphosis for “hippy beach town”
to hip “designer gateway”. |

Ikan have recreated their passion for entertainment into a unique
