Little Yang Sing Chinese Restaurant Manchester - reader comments |
"The Little Yang Sing is a classy restaurant where they look after you well. Our main courses of Chicken with Ginger & Lemon and Special Chow Mein were excellent and the only letdown was the starter of Crispy Duck with Pancakes. The pancakes had been steamed for too long but were replaced immediately without any fuss. The plum sauce was a bit too thick. Relatively small complaints though and overall the meal was very good. Watch out when the bill arrives as they have the very annoying practice of including 10% service charge but then suggesting a gratuity when you go through the credit card process!" - ian, stockton heath 27/1/09 (visited on a tuesday lunchtime) |

"They could noy wait to get you out, also the manager sat at a table with a little tennis racket (I suppose for hitting flies, but then again the way he screamed and shouted to his staff it may have been to hit them). My wife is Chinese and she would never go there again, I think that says it all. Over priced and had to pay a service charge I did not want to." - Lawrence Collett, Burnley 24/10/08 (visited on a Fri lunch) |

"That 10% service charge has got to go, or the clients do, this leaves a wrong impression on quite a good restaurant!" - Mr M Clark, Huddersfield 31/7/08 (visited on a Tues afternoon) |
