Manchester House are throwing a charity bash on Tuesday Feb 18th, which will include cooking from Head chef Aiden Byrne, as well as his Great British Menu colleagues, Tom Aikens, Daniel Clifford and Michael Wignall. The dinner will include 8 courses, along with matched wine, and costs £200 per person, half of which will go directly to charity; Hospitality Action.

Manchester's Caribbean festival will this year be held at Platt Fields Park, instead of its regular home of Alexandra Park. The venue change first happened last year due to Alexandra Park being closed for renovation. Due to the success of the new venue though, the event is now thought to have been permanently relocated.
